As you can see on the download page, 9.2.0.2 is only available for 4 platforms yet, while 9.2.0.1 is available for 10 platforms. For most Unix platforms 9i is only available for 64-bit. Since Linux/x86 is a 32 bit platform, there aren't any 64-bit binaries for it. You would better direct concerns like this to
